Description

Completely rebuilt trailer including new bearings, new tires. Lights work. Boat is one of a kind. Truly beautiful. Great ski boat or barefoot boat or even a great family boat. Super reliable. New battery. 500 hours total. Been kept covered in a boathouse. All new interior. Looks new. Paint is like a mirror. No fading at all.
Malibu called it the best 96 they’d ever seen. Perfect Pass. Recent changes: new water pump. The old one was original and was still fine but the gasket on the back had a slow leak. Since I had it off I just replaced the whole thing. New battery at end of last season. Gauges work with the exception of the speedometer. But I only use perfect pass for that so it doesnt really matter. Steering cable has not been redone. It’s not as light as a new boat but it certainly isn’t grabbing. Oil filter and impeller are changed religiously twice a year with oil changes. Plugs and wires are 2 years old. Had them checked end of last season and they’re all good. Replaced distributor when I changed plugs and wires.
That’s it. It’s been super reliable and a fun boat to have. Only getting rid of it because we wanted a boat with an open bow for grandkids.
